Are you interested in buying land at the moment. Have the 5% saved but still short on the settlement costs. I have a lender who is lending up to 95% plus LMI premium for land no restriction on when to build. Can then save more and use grants to build, should bring the loan down under 95% giving a better rate. For example, on a $200.000 purchase, the usual loan max is 95% including LMI premium. requires a min of $10,000 6 mths genuine savings and the total required funds are $23,500. With the loan offering 95% plus LMI premium, the minimum funds required will be $18,550, includes the $10,000 genuine savings. any funds over the 10,000 can come from any where, gift, sale of vehicle etc. This lesser requirement could be all that is stoping you from entering the market now. Call me if you need any more information. Allan Faint 0407316648. ... See MoreSee Less
